Giving Circles not only give us a chance to create a greater impact together than we would on our own, but they also allow a thoughtful process of thinking about giving, education, and the Bed-Stuy community.

My interest in giving circles began by observing and documenting savings and loan groups in Uganda. I decided I wanted to translate it back home with the goal of giving money away and creating a culture of communal giving.
