About Us

The Atlanta Jewish Teen Foundation (AJTF) was foundedto give Jewish high school students the opportunity to engage in and learn theresponsibility of collective philanthropy.

This year 18 high school students are participating in AJTF and have issued the following RFP to focus on the funding priority/priorities areas listed below. Funding decisions will be made by the students in AJTF program.

2015-2016 Mission Statement:

The Atlanta Jewish Teen Foundation (AJTF) strives to positively impact the Jewish community by funding organizations that focus on the fields of educational assistance, medical research and mental illness.  We give special consideration to those that promote the therapeutic usage of animals in the cases of education assistance and mental illness.

Funding Priorities:

Educational Assistance, Medical Research, Mental Illness, (Animals - see special consideration)
